ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project was completed as a freelance assignment where I worked directly with a client to design a comprehensive mobile app. The app I developed helps users easily find medicines, doctors, and ambulances, while also allowing them to set dosage reminders, all in one seamless platform. It was a rewarding experience to bring the client's vision to life while addressing real-world needs in healthcare.
USER PERSONA
I created a questionnaire and interviewed more than 30 people of different age groups having a different lifestyle a targeted customer can be anyone from parents, students, working class, etc…
MOOD BOARDS
A mood board is created for different categories of users to understand their pain and gain points.
I have learned the customers' various pain points and have tried my best to improve their experience on this app by solving their problems.

I created a detailed flow diagram to understand the basic user flow of the app.
